Consider Authorizing City Manager to Enter Into Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement Between The City of Edinburg and Dannenbaum Engineering Company – McAllen, LLC for the 8.0 MGD West Water Treatment Plant Expansion, Consisting of Professional Engineering Service for the Preliminary and Final Engineering Design, Detailing and Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) for the Completion of the Project, in the Amount Not-to-Exceed $85,769.86. Consider reviewing and approving ordinance amending the budget for fiscal year 2018-2019 by providing additional appropriations and revenues to the General Fund, Utility Fund, Solid Waste Management Fund, Los Lagos Golf Fund, Ebony Golf Fund, Airport Fund, Public Education & Government (PEG) Fund, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) #1 Fund, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ ) #4 Fund, and Local Government Finance Corporation (LGFC) Fund.
