General Regulations Chapter 98 Streets and Sidewalks is Hereby Amended by Revising Sub-Section Two (2) and Renaming to Section 98.30 'Illicit Discharge and Stormwater Connection' to Section 98.30 'Stormwater/Illicit Discharge/Erosion Control' to Maintain Compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) General Permit TXR040323.
